Terms of Service
General
1. Work Properties
I provide the illustration in JPG, PNG, PSD or CLIP format. Precise resolution, ratio and color mode can be specified.
I don’t make or deliver physical products.
2. Feedbacks
The client must provide a brief.
Feedback loops for minor adjustments can be requested three times. I will charge for major changes requested during finalization.
3. Declined Requests
I decline requests that undermine safety, are defamatory or have explicit content.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel the request for any reason.
Business
4. Publication
A non-disclosure agreement must be clearly requested to prevent me from sharing information with the audience.
Only limited time NDAs are accepted. After the agreed amount of time has elapsed, the project works will be displayed in my work portfolio.
5. Licensing
To use the illustration for commercial purposes, a perpetual non-transferable license must be purchased. Charity projects are exempt from the licensing fee.
For freelancers, commercial use is free of charge for digital sales. You don’t have to purchase a commercial license until you start to sell physical merchandise.
6. Liabilities
I’m committed to providing a great service and meeting the client’s expectation.
However, I am not liable for any damage that may occur to the client, their business or their social media pages.
Payment
7. Payment method
A quote is sent to the client when I accept the work request, the invoice will be sent at the end of all works. The client may be asked to pay the invoice in advance with PayPal, Stripe or Wire Transfer.
8. Refund policy
Full refunds from clients that paid the invoice in advance are accepted when the project has yet to start or is in its infancy. Partial refunds for projects in development are not accepted. Refunds for finalized or approved works are not accepted.
